Applies to all HNB Credit Cards. Card member may perform single/multiple purchases and request easy payment plans up to 12 months, provided the single transaction is Rs.10,000 to Rs.1.0 Mn and within available balance/authorized credit limit at time of transaction. Purchases must be made during the promotional period and informed to the HNB call centre (011 2462 462) or via the easy payment plans webpage, providing transaction date, merchant name, and value, within 5 calendar days of the transaction, for the installment conversion to be reflected in the next credit card statement. Transactions made within 5 days prior to the billing cycle will be converted only during the next billing period, with the cardholder required to settle the amount stated in that statement; the installment plan takes effect from the next billing cycle. Transactions must be within the approved credit limit; transactions performed by depositing funds over the credit limit are not eligible. Card member(s) must settle the total bill via HNB credit card(s) to be eligible. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other promotional programs/offers. Disputes are settled at the final discretion of the service establishment and Hatton National Bank PLC.
