Card member may perform single/multiple purchases and request easy payment plans up to 6 months, provided the single transaction is Rs.10,000 to Rs.1.0 Mn and within available balance/authorized limit. Purchases must be informed to the call center (0112 462 462) or via https://hnb.lk/personal/cards/value-added-services/easy-payment-plans within 5 calendar days of the transaction to convert to an installment plan; it will reflect in the next statement. Transactions within 5 days of billing cycle end are converted in the next billing period, and cardholder must settle the amount shown in that statement first. Transaction must be within approved credit limit; deposits made over the credit limit are not eligible. Total bill must be settled via HNB credit card. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions. Disputes are settled at the discretion of HNB and the service establishment.
