If cardholder settles only partial statement due value, applicable credit card interest levied on due balance per Cardmember agreement. Early settlement requires informing the Bank; relevant fees apply per Bank's Tariff. If credit card is terminated, cancelled, not renewed, or suspended for any reason or breach of terms (including nonpayment under ESP), outstanding installments (including unbilled ones) become immediately due and payable in full.
