Valid for all American Express Credit Cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC. Minimum single transaction value LKR 50,000 or above to be eligible for ESP conversion. Call and Convert ESP: cardmember must inform the Call Centre of the eligible transaction within 30 days from the transaction date, valid only for personal-nature transactions, requests may be rejected at the Bank's sole discretion. Total transaction amount is blocked within the existing credit limit and reduced gradually as installments are repaid. Credit card interest applies to any unsettled due balance. Early settlement fees apply per the Bank's Tariff. Outstanding installments become immediately due and payable in full if the card is terminated, cancelled, not renewed, or suspended, or on breach of terms. General credit card terms and conditions continue to apply.
