Call and Convert Easy Settlement Plan (ESP) — convert eligible SriLankan Airlines transactions above LKR 50,000 into 6 or 12 equal monthly instalments at 0% interest with no processing fee, by calling the Nations Trust Bank call centre.

Conditions
Open to American Express Credit Cardmembers issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC (excluding Corporate Cards). No processing fee applicable. Minimum single transaction value LKR 50,000 to be eligible for ESP conversion. Cardmember must inform the Call Centre (0114414141) of the eligible transaction to convert within 30 days from the transaction date. The Bank may reject any ESP request at its sole discretion. Valid only on transactions of a personal nature. Total transaction amount is blocked within the existing credit limit, reduced gradually as instalments are repaid. Interest applies to any unpaid due balance per the Cardmember agreement. Early settlement fees apply per the Bank's Tariff. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions. General credit card terms and conditions continue to apply.
