Discount does not apply to foreign guests accompanying the cardholder. Offer cannot be combined with any other offers. Cardholder must settle the total bill via HNB card. Standard check-in 1:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Child policy applies. Rates subject to revision and applicable taxes. Rooms subject to availability. A 25% advance deposit required within 7 days of reservation to confirm booking; non-refundable on cancellation. Cancellations must be notified in writing via email. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee. For bookings 20 Dec 2026–10 Jan 2027: 50% non-refundable advance required, no date changes permitted. Failure to settle payments within stipulated timelines may result in automatic cancellation.
