  The card member may perform single/multiple purchase(s) and request easy payment plans up to 6 months, provided the single transaction is Rs.10,000 to Rs.1.0 Mn and within the available balance and authorized credit limit at the time of the transaction. Purchases must be performed during the promotional period and informed to the HNB call center (011 2462 462) or via the HNB Easy Payment Plans web page, providing the transaction date, merchant name, and value; the plan will reflect in the next credit card statement. Transactions must be converted within 5 calendar days from the transaction date. Transactions made 5 days prior to the billing cycle will only be converted in the next billing period, and the cardholder must settle the amount stated in that statement, with the installment plan effective from the next billing cycle. Transactions must be within the approved credit limit; transactions made by depositing funds over the credit limit are not eligible. Card member(s) must settle the total bill via HNB credit card(s) to be eligible. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used with other promotional programs. Any dispute is settled at the final decision of the service establishment and Hatton National Bank PLC.
