Cardholder must contact the Bank Customer Care Centre (0112300604) within 30 days from the transaction date to convert the transaction into a 12-month Extended Settlement Plan after paying in full at the partner location. All instalment amounts are non-refundable and the approved instalment period cannot be varied; part acceleration is not allowed.
