Cardholder must request conversion via Call Centre within 30 days of the transaction date. Applicable to personal transactions only — Capital transactions (properties, vehicles) are excluded. Total transaction amount blocked within existing credit limit; instalments billed monthly. Partial statement payment attracts standard credit card interest on outstanding balance. Early settlement incurs applicable fees per Bank Tariff. If card is terminated, cancelled, not renewed, or suspended, all outstanding instalments become immediately due and payable in full.
